We are in the business of customer service. Our customers include our Residents, their Guardians and Families, the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) we contract with, and the community at large. By continuously providing quality service to all these groups, our reputation and business has grown far beyond our original expectations.
ILC, LLC is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Centered in America’s Driftless Area, this region in the Upper Mississippi Valley escaped the glaciers that flattened much of the rest of the Midwest. This prehistoric landscape is carved by rivers large and small: La Crosse is located where the Mississippi River, Black River and La Crosse River meet.
